  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as water bottles or personal-use gear) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original method (cash refund at delivery return or through replacement if agreed).
